Delivery: We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability and payment clearance. If your order is urgent, please contact us to discuss express delivery options. Goods are sent by Royal Mail. If an item is currently out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours to advise estimated delivery and discuss your requirements. Postage and packaging is £2.95 to a single address in the UK.
Returns Policy: We offer a no-quibble refund guarantee on all purchases. You may return an item to us for any reason within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging and in its original, saleable condition, and we will give you a full refund, minus postage and packaging costs. You are advised to use special or recorded delivery as MUSICAL STEPS cannot take responsibility for items which do not reach us. If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery and tell us whether you would like a replacement or a refund. You must then return the item within 14 days of original delivery and we will send you a replacement OR issue you with a refund including postage and packing costs.
Complaints: We want you to enjoy shopping with us, and we do our best to offer a fast efficient service. If, however, you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will deal with your complaint or suggestion quickly and sympathetically. Contact us for further information.

Special Offers

Free class: One free class is offered subject to availability and limited to one free class per household. This offer is open only to children who have not previously attended a Musical Steps or Sound Start class. Current and former class members can claim a free class through the 'recommend a friend' scheme.
Recommend a friend: Recommend a friend who has not previously attended a Musical Steps or Sound Start class and claim one free class when your friend signs up. Your friend must state on their enrolment form that you recommended the classes to them. One free class is offered subject to availability and may be claimed only when you sign up for the following term. If you have more than one child attending the classes, the free class will be given to your youngest child. You may recommend an unlimited number of friends and claim an unlimited number of free classes, subject to availability.

Attendance at Musical Steps Classes

Teachers accept class members at their own discretion and reserve the right to terminate membership of classes.
Class members must complete an enrolment form giving full contact details.
Class members must submit an update form immediately if their details change.
Fees are payable termly in advance and are refundable only in exceptional circumstances.
Families with more than one child receive a 10% discount for the 2nd and any subsequent child.
Classes run on a termly basis. It is each member's responsibility to pay fees on time in order to reserve their place.
Non-participating siblings (eg very young babies, older siblings during school holidays) may attend at the class teacher's discretion.
Children must be accompanied by an adult who remains responsible for them before, during and after the class. Maximum of three children with one adult. Maximum of two adults with each child.
Adults are expected to participate as fully as they can in the activities and to help and encourage their children to do so too.
Places are transferable and may be given to someone else at any time providing the class teacher is informed in advance.
Class members may transfer to a different class mid-term, subject to availability of places. Please contact your class teacher to arrange this.
Musical Steps accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Eating is not allowed during classes. Cold drinks may be taken in non-spill cups or at the side away from activities.
If the class teacher is absent they will be replaced by a fully trained substitute.
Musical Steps reserves the right to cancel a class and the class teacher will make every reasonable effort to inform class members in advance. If, however, the class teacher is unable to contact a member for any reason, Musical Steps regrets the inconvenience, but accepts no responsibility for the inconvenience or any costs incurred. A cancelled class will be rescheduled where possible or alternatively the full cost of the class deducted from the following term's fees.
Members leaving at the end of term must inform their class teacher on or before the final class of the term, otherwise they may be liable for the following term's fees.
